secret mission

after sch today ivan, bimbo, rabbit girl and myself went to clementi on a secret mission...

haha, to make posters for the concert on sat! :)

qich recc us this porridge stall which was quite nice. esp the pork and liver. *yummy* quite cheap also, cause only $2.20.

and it was after alot of deliberation and discussion before we got the coloured paper at 'big bookshop', some really weird book shop in clementi central tt has a grouchy counter lady. what happened was tt after we got our stuff was paying, we suddenly realised tt the big plastic bag tt they gave us to keep the corrogated plastic boards was quite unique and would be quite useful for picnics and stuff. :) haha, so we tried asking for another one. hmmm, but the grouchy lady quite impolitely said, "sorry hor, this type of plastic bag cannot one."

i think we were quite stunned, cause afterall had at least expected her to say things nicer a bit lar even if she don't give. haha. in the lift when we were leaving the bookshop ivan and bimbo were kbing all abt her. haha. we were then on our way to macs to do our art n craft. :)

on the way to macs, ht suddenly burst out, "wah lau, i can't stand tt woman's attitude."
qich (with a very shocked and exasperated face), "haiyoh, u habben got over it ar?!?!?!" haha. :) in fact qich today also very guai(4) cause every now and then she would burst out and kb, "haiyoh, i cannot take it leh!", then everyone would start laughing and ask her to calm down. so unlike qich.

once we reached macs we set up a factory production line. qich was our architect tt drew out all the letters needed for cutting out, assisted by ht. me and ivan were the menial labourers... cutting out the pieces of paper. haha. i think so many pple sitting ard us were looking as though we were some qiu(2) fan(4) escaped last nite liddat. haha.

soon it was da(4) gong(1) gao(4) cheng(2), but before tt everyone was super tired liao... and somemore it was raining! what nice weather for sleeping i thought. somemore it was the usual nap time for the rest on other days. haha, so tired liao still the sky must jia(1) yan(2) jia(1) chu(4) to make us feel more sleepy. :) but i did catch some eyeshut on the train home.

and the poster's VERY NICE! we cut out J A Y jie(2) lun(2) with the last 2 as chinese letters (of course not hypy duh!) haha, the "J" looks like cane candy, the "A" looks quite fat. the "Y" according to bimbo looks simply fabulous. "jie(2)" looks like an octopus, lun(2) looks rather normal. haha, but all of it was really very special. i think most hard to cut out was the 'octopus'.

can u imagine how we felt when we finally pasted the last piece of paper on the corrogated plastic?

oh well, tired, sleepy, hungry, cold.

but happy with a great sense of accomplishment. :)

*yawn* -- i did somehting rather silly yesterday night. finally finished watching the other 1/2 of "the forgotten" at 12am last night, then decided tt i should continue with "white chicks". well... *yawn* i think i better catch more eye shut tonight. :)
