well, to some extent it sounds familiar. and apparently tt's what's happening over in hk too, the result of a HKD$1 billion donation.

at least the doctors in hk have been more vocal about the name change, even doctors have publically expressed their displeasure and disappointment over the name change.

it's funny how we don't see it in singapore. perhaps it's the culture over here tt we're more passive, accepting many things, though hard to swallow, just as though they didn't matter a single bit.

somehow i thought the outcome of the debate in hk would shed some light into the situation here in singapore. but really, who are we kidding. hk and singapore? it's just different.
